These terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) along with other policies (Privacy Policy, Fair Play Policy and the laws of the game enclosed) available on our platform forms a legally binding agreement between You and EFFORE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Effore”, “Our”, “We”, “Us”), on the basis of which You may visit, access, or use the TapCashRummy product, website, mobile applications, and related services (“Services”). If you do not agree with any part of the agreement below, kindly avoid using our services and our Online Rummy product TapCashRummy.
DISCLAIMER: According to Govt. regulations, players residing in the state of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim & Telangana are not permitted to play online rummy with cash on any platform. Please make sure you are not residing in the above-mentioned states, if yes then you are prohibited from using our services. Please note that we have adequate tools and software to ensure that this cannot be done. Despite that, if found guilty of the same we reserve the right to forfeit all the balance in your account, block your account and take legal action.
We have the right to control the access to Our Services at all times, in any State in India, and reserve the right to update the list of Banned States for our platform.
1. Important Points to Note Before Playing Our Game:
1.1 You may only use Our Rummy portal, partner websites, mobile applications and other portals (collectively, the “Platform”) if You agree to abide by the terms and conditions as laid down in this Agreement. You are by all means bound by our Agreement in any instance when you choose to use our services or games or software. We reserve the right to modify and amend our Terms at any time. We will provide a notice for the same on our APP whenever we do so. If you do not agree with the changes, please cease your use of our services and delete your account. If you continue using our Services after any amendment or changes to the Terms of Service by us, it will be assumed that you have agreed the changes made to the Terms of Service and you agree to abide by the new rules. Users must visit this page periodically for updates on the Terms of Use applicable to their use of the Platform.
1.2 Only people who are above 18 years of age, not resident in any of the states mentioned in our disclaimer, and of a sound understanding are eligible to play our game.
1.3 Our Services are only intended to allow you to play rummy for the sole purpose of entertainment. Please do not utilise the same as a way to earn livelihood, money laundering or any other unlawful acts. We may terminate your access and use of the Services when We become aware of or are of the opinion, at Our sole discretion, that Your use and access of Our Service is in violation of the Policies of our platform.
1.4 Please note that We have the sole discretion to determine the terms applicable on any Contest including the Awards to be given in any Contest. Further, the Designated Amount paid for any contest is non-refundable and may only be refunded under the circumstances stated in Our Return, Refund and Cancellation policy.
1.5 If You are not eligible or legally competent to individually enter into Indian Rupee transactions through banking channels in India and/or are accessing the Services from a Barred State, You are prohibited from participating in Cash Games on Our Services. In the event of such violation, Your participation in Cash Games will be deemed to be in breach of the Platform Policies and You will not be entitled to receive any prize that You might win in such Cash Games.
1.6 Winnings may be withdrawn by You from Your account, subject to the completion of KYC verification and account validation and will be subject to TDS deductions.
1.7 Only skill-based games are available on Our Platform, which means that the outcome of these games is based on the user’s skill and not luck or chance. Online Rummy has been declared a game of Skill by the hon’ble Supreme Court of India. It is legal to play Online Rummy in India where is has not been banned for playing with real cash.
1.8 While using the various communication channels provided on Our Platform You must abide by rules stated in Our Community rules and code of conduct section.
1.9 Our Platform strives to ensure fairness and transparency. We use the Random Number Generator (RNG) process to power the Games offered as part of Our Services. While developing our product, tests were conducted in accordance with industry standards, on sufficiently large samples, and it was found that the card sequences are unpredictable, non-repeatable, and uniformly distributed.
2. IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS OF LEGAL TERMS
2.1 “Agreement” shall mean these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and any other rules or policies available on the Platform including all other additional or modified terms and conditions and policies in relation to the Platform or any current or future services that may be offered by TAPCASHRUMMY. This Agreement is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011. This Agreement is an electronic record generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
2.2 “Applicable Law” means all laws, statutes, common law, regulations, ordinances, codes, rules, guidelines, orders, permits, tariffs and approvals, including those relating to health and safety, of any governmental authority or self-regulatory guideline that may apply to the Users or is related to the subject matter of this Agreement as applicable in the territory of India.
2.3 “Contest” is a skill based competition offered by TAPCASHRUMMY on the Platform in which Users compete either in a tournament or 1v1 battle by playing the Mobile Games on the Platform. Contests can be either ‘paid’ or ‘free to play’. Paid Contests require the Users to pay a Designated Amount for participation, whereas free to play Contests are open to all Users without requirement of any monetary payment.
2.4 “Balance” is the credit (either in the form of cash or Tokens) available in an Account and includes amount added by a User through Deposits or/and earned through Winnings by participating in Contests on the Platform.
2.5 “Deposit” is the amount added by the User to his/her Account through his/her preferred payment mode (e-wallet, debit/credit cards, UPI/BHIM, net banking). The Deposit conversion ratio is INR. 1/- (Rupees One Only) = INR 1 (one).
2.6 “Designated Amount” refers to the amount which Users pay either in the form of cash Balance available in their Account to participate in a Contest on the Platform as their respective contribution to the Prize Money Pool.
2.7 “Mobile Games” refers to the digital games of skill including fantasy games available on the Platform developed by EFFORE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or Third-Party Game Developers.
2.8 “Person” shall mean any natural person, limited or unlimited liability company, corporation, partnership (whether limited or unlimited), proprietorship, Hindu undivided family, trust, union, association, government or any agency or political subdivision thereof or any other entity that may be treated as a person under the Applicable Law.
2.9 “Prize Money Pool” is the actual or projected amount that is to be distributed amongst the winner(s) of the Contest and is declared at the start of the Contest.
2.10 “Sponsored Content” means content distinct from other regular editorial content provided by TAPCASHRUMMY, and displayed on the Platform in the form of audio, video, text and/or image media which supports a third party’s brand message, promotional offers, discounts and/or views that are readily identifiable to belong to a third-party upfront through distinct and distinguishable font, colour, display schemes and/or usage of disclaiming words (such as “Ad”, “Powered by”, “Sponsored by”, “With”, “Advertorial” and such other phrase of similar meaning).
2.11 “Sponsored Content Partner” means a User engaged with Us for the display of Sponsored Content on the Platform.
2.12 “Third Party Game Developer” refers to any Person (natural or juristic) whose Mobile Game is available on the Platform.
2.13 “Token” is an award in the form of tokens that may be given to any User at our sole discretion for participating on the Platform.
2.14 “Winnings” are awards (either in the form of cash, Tokens or promotional gifts) given to one or more User(s) as per pre-declared format as a distribution of the Prize Money Pool for winning and/or ranking as a top-performer in a particular Contest on the Platform.
2.15 “Game(s)” means the game of Rummy offered on TAPCASHRUMMY and shall include the various formats and variations of Rummy available on Our Platform.
2.16 “Refund” means the reversal of the amounts (such as Service Fee, buy-in, or any other amount, as the case may be) paid by a User to play a Cash Game, to such User’s Account.
2.17 “Service Fee” means the fee charged by Effore Solutions Pvt Ltd means the fee charged by us from each user on every gameplay. The term “Commission” or “Platform Fee” can be used interchangeably with “Service Fee” and shall have the same meaning as assigned to “Service Fee”.
2.18 “Terms” mean the Terms of Service of TAPCASHRUMMY.
2.19 “Withdrawable Balance” means the amount in the Withdrawable Segment.
2.20 “Withdrawal/Withdraw” means the transfer of all or part of the Withdrawable Balance to a designated Bank Account of a user, upon specific instructions by that user to Effore Solutions Pvt Ltd to initiate such transfer.
2.21 “Withdrawal Request” means a request by the user on the Platform to initiate Withdrawal.
2.22 “Withdrawable Segment” means the segment of your Account to which the winnings of users from the Cash Games are credited, less the applicable Service Fees and other levies/deductions.
ELIGIBILITY
A User may use the Platform if (a) it is a natural Person, as per any Applicable Law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines applicable in the country of which User is a citizen, in which User is a resident or from where User uses the Platform; or (b) it is a juristic Person, as per any Applicable Law, regulation or generally accepted industry practices and guidelines applicable in the country where User is registered, where User maintains its principal office or from where User uses the Platform
Any User who is “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. is not eligible to enter into this Agreement with TAPCASHRUMMY.
The Platform should not be used, installed, or played by any Person under the age of 18 years.
No Person, whether an Effore Solutions Pvt Ltd employee or not, who is involved in the development of Mobile Games or/and algorithms on the Platform can participate in any Mobile Games on the Platform, where such participation could alter, modify or unduly influence his/her performance on the Mobile Game, without express written permission of the company and subject to such terms and conditions as we may seek to impose on such Person.
The Mobile Games and the services available on the Platform are open only to Persons currently residing in India. Persons residing in the state of Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, as well as the state of Gujarat for the game of Poker(“Restricted States”) are prohibited from participating in any Mobile Games on the Platform, unless otherwise set out in the Special Rules/Terms or Agreement. Further, there may be certain games that may be restricted in some additional states. Please check the Special Rules/Terms of each Game to know more.
TAPCASHRUMMY is not responsible for Your inability to access or play any Game or event in which You may be eligible to participate, irrespective of the cause of such event. This includes situations where You are unable to log into Your TAPCASHRUMMY Account or the same may be pending validation or You may be in suspected or established violation of any of the Platform Policies.
The Mobile Games and the services available on the Platform are open only to Persons currently residing in India. LEGALITY
There has been a doubt on the legality of the game of rummy wherein people often confuse it with gambling and betting. However, it should be noted that the Hon’ble Supreme Court has given the game legal status. The Supreme Court had held that rummy is a “game of skill” and not a “game of chance.” Therefore, it is legal to play rummy online to win of real cash prize. Pertinently, the game of rummy is legal because it is a game of skill and hence protected by the Constitution of India. Playing a game of skill like rummy is considered a business activity from a legal point of view, and such activity of playing a game of skill with cash is safeguarded under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India.
The legality of rummy or betting games in India is a state-specific matter.
Notwithstanding
HOW TO PLAY AND USER VERIFICATION
1. TAPCASHRUMMY provides the Platform to You on which You can play Mobile Games either offered by EFFORE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD or independent Third Party Game Developers. The Platform is designed to provide You an in-app browsing experience through an embedded browser. These Mobile Game is an application and has to be separately downloaded or installed from the link given on our website.
2. Registration: You may register by approving and agreeing to this Agreement and providing Your registered mobile phone number on the Platform. You will be verified by TAPCASHRUMMY using a one-time password (“OTP”) system. Upon successfully verifying the OTP, a deposit cash and winnings cash account will be created for You (“Account”).
3. By registering for an Account, You represent, warrant and agree that:
a. You fulfil the eligibility criteria as detailed in section on Eligibility;
b. You are using Your actual identity and the mobile phone number you have provided is registered in Your own name;
c. You will provide only true, accurate, current, and complete information about Yourself, including optional information such as Your profile photograph, cover photograph, user-id, biograph, audio status etc., on the Platform (“User Details”);
d. You will maintain and promptly update the User Details and other information that You provide on the Platform to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
e. The Users acknowledge that their User Details will be accessible to other User on the Platform and shall be available for TAPCASHRUMMY to create promotional and interactive content over the Platform.
f. Your Account is for Your personal use only. You shall not impersonate someone else. By creating an Account after providing a mobile phone number and verifying it using an OTP, You represent, warrant, and agree that You are authorized to use the Platform and will abide by the Agreement.
KYC verification is mandatory as a proof of identity for making withdrawals from Your Account to Your bank/wallet account. KYC verification may be done through the Platform by providing certain details: (i) photograph of a valid government ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card etc.); and (ii) other User Details.
If you opt to provide your Aadhar card / Number for completion of KYC, you hereby: (i) Understand and agree that your Aadhar has been submitted only for completion of Your KYC verification; and (ii) You authorise Us to temporarily access Your Aadhar card and You understand that We will not be storing Your Aadhar number unless as prescribed by law.
TAPCASHRummy does not issue receipts for entries in the Contests. The entries are accounted within the Account on the Platform. It is the responsibility of the Users to ensure that the entries are accurate and the Winnings are duly credited to his Account.
Any tax/levies/duty etc., as applicable on material prizes, shall be paid by the winner of the game. Based on TDS (tax deducted at source) Rules for any sort of game winning in India, 31.2% TDS should be deducted on any winning above Rs.10,000/- in a single game.

TERMS of USE
You acknowledge that people living in territories classified as Restricted Territories are prohibited from playing on TAPCASHRUMMY or using TAPCASHRUMMY services. You agree to not access the TAPCASHRUMMY App from a Restricted Territory. Accessing the TAPCASHRUMMY App from a Restricted Territory by using IP or GPS masking software programs such as Fake GPS, GPS Spoofer, etc. is a breach of TAPCASHRUMMY’s Terms of service. Such breach of our Terms of Service will result in you getting permanently locked and the deletion of your TAPCASHRUMMY account with forfeiture of all the balance in the account. Furthermore, such an action is also a violation of applicable laws, and you shall be solely liable to any penalties and/or penal action under applicable laws.
All transactions on our APP shall be in Indian Rupees. Once you register on our APP, we maintain a user account for you to keep a record of all your transactions with us. Payments connected with participation in Cash Games have to be made through your TAPCASHRUMMY user account. All cash prizes won by you are credited by us into your TAPCASHRUMMY user account.
When making a payment, please ensure that the instrument used to make the payment is your own and is used to Add Cash into your user account only. Subject to the “Add Cash” limits (limits on players’ adding cash to their TAPCASHRUMMY account) specified by us from time to time, you are free to deposit as much money into your TAPCASHRUMMY account as you want for the purpose of participating in Cash Games on the APP. TAPCASHRUMMY wants you to play responsibly on the APP. The ability to add cash to your user account shall be subject to the monthly “Add Cash” limits, which we can be set by us with undertakings, indemnity, waiver and verification conditions as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.
Payments made by Credit card, Debit card, Prepaid cash card and internet banking are processed by third party payment gateways. Similarly, payments made via other payment modes also require an authorization by the intermediary that processes the payments. We are not responsible for any delays or denials/rejections at their end and processing of payments will be solely in terms of their policies and procedures and we will not be in any way responsible for that. If there are any issues in connection with adding cash, a complaint can be sent to us following the complaint procedure provided in the "Complaints and disputes" section. You agree that in an event of your credit being delayed or eventually declined for reasons beyond our control, we will not be held liable in any manner whatsoever. Once a payment/transaction is authorized, the money is credited into your user account and is available to you to play Cash Games on our APP.
We have the right to cancel a transaction at any point in time solely at our discretion, in which case if the payment is successfully made, then the transaction will be reversed and the money credited back into your payment instrument. Player funds are held in trust by us in specified bank accounts. TAPCASHRUMMY keeps all its players' funds unencumbered and your funds will be remitted to you in due course subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to the withdrawal of funds. Funds held in your user account are held separately from our corporate funds. Even in the extremely unlikely event of an insolvency proceeding, your claim on the deposits will be given preference over all other claims to the extent permissible by law.
A: Password, Your Responsibility
After you have registered on our APP, it is your sole responsibility to make sure that you do not disclose your passwords to anybody, be it your friends, family members, third party, or anybody whosoever. Please create a strong password of minimum 8 characters so that it cannot be tampered with. We will not in any way be responsible if your user account is logged in to or accessed by anybody else by using your password.
B: Failures
It is possible that you sometimes face disruptions including, but not limited to, errors, disconnection or interruptions in communication because of issues in the Internet services, software or hardware that you are using to avail our Services.
TAPCASHRUMMY shall not in any way be liable for any network disconnection on your computer, mobile or device caused by any fault or error at your end and shall not compensate you for any losses arising from such disconnection. In case of any disruption of service at TAPCASHRUMMY’s end while a game is in progress, TAPCASHRUMMY shall cancel the game and refund your points/cash regardless of the status of the game.
While playing a cash game, you take full responsibility for the risk of internet disconnection or interruption of communication between your computer/mobile/device and the TAPCASHRUMMY’s servers, any lag in or freezing of the game or software, or any other problems attributable to your computer/mobile/device or network.
TAPCASHRUMMY shall not be responsible for any disconnection of your computer, mobile or device from TAPCASHRUMMY’s server, except in the case of a crash of TAPCASHRUMMY’s server.
If there is a disconnection or disruption for a short time in the middle of a game, you shall remain seated at the table and can resume to play once the connection is restored, unless you have been eliminated.
C: Warranty
TAPCASHRUMMY is committed to providing updated, accurate, complete and reliable information by publishing it on the APP. However, it is to be noted that we do not represent the suitability of the information published in documents or any other information that is updated on our APP. Therefore, all the information and related graphics and images are to be considered “as is” without any warranty whatsoever expressed or implied by us. We hereby solemnly disclaim and discard all warranties about this information as well as all implied warranties and conditions of our merchantability, title and non-infringement, appropriateness to any particular purpose, and accuracy of our site, software and games of rummy. We do not give any warranty that the servers of our online rummy games will run error-free, uninterrupted, or that they will not get affected by bugs, defects or viruses of any kind. Hence, we reserve the right to determine at our sole discretion whether any issue at our end is responsible for any error or disruption or malfunction. We can limit your playing of our rummy games or tournaments or terminate your account if we determine that you are responsible for causing any malfunction or disruption intentionally. TAPCASHRUMMY is not liable for any assumed or potential wins in any unfinished rummy games or tournaments on the APP.
D: Software Usage
It is strictly forbidden for anyone to use our software for any commercial purposes. Our software is meant only for playing rummy games for personal entertainment. You must use your TAPCASHRUMMY account only for playing games on the APP and should not attempt to manipulate, decode, modify, disassemble, decompile, reverse or re-engineer our software in any manner. Please note that Use of Bots or Automatic Play is prohibited. Any attempt to use artificial intelligence that includes, but is not limited to, robots, in connection with our rummy games and software is strictly forbidden. All the actions on and related to the APP that you perform must be executed by you only through the user interface that is accessible on our APP.
E: Breach and Consequences
If we have evidence, through our investigations or reasonable belief, of a breach of our Terms of Service by you and/or that your continued access to our APP is detrimental to the interests of TAPCASHRUMMY or our users or the general public, then we reserve the right to take one or all of the actions below at our discretion:
Permanently suspend your user account on our APP.
Forfeit the amount of cash left in your account.
Demand and order damages for breach of TAPCASHRUMMY Terms of Service and take required civil actions to recover damages.
Initiate steps of prosecution for damages and violation that is equivalent to offences in law.
Put restrictions on the access of our games by users who are suspected in cases of cheating or colluding.
Bar you from playing or registering on TAPCASHRUMMY in the future, as we reserve the right to restrict you from playing our online rummy games.
The action taken by us will be solely due to your breach of our Terms of Service; the action shall be final and decisive that will be binding on you. Any action taken by us will be without any prejudice to our other rights and remedies that are mentioned and available in law or equity.
Governing Law, Dispute resolution and Jurisdiction
The agreement in our Terms of Service shall be followed, governed, and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All or any disputes, complaints, differences, etc, shall be subject to Arbitration under the law of Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996.
F: Content
All the online content, materials and information on our APP are collectively referred to as ‘Content.’ It includes a wide range of online items like images, designs, multimedia clips, graphics, logos, information, text content, games, software, animation, marks, hyperlinks, and pictures. These content, whether or not belonging to us, are thus protected and secured by applicable intellectual property rights. In addition, we are free to record and use, in any manner whatsoever, all chat content, images, emails, and recommendations sent by any member or user of our APP, as they form a part of the Content of TAPCASHRUMMY.
We would also like to inform you that our APP may contain information about third parties and have hyperlinks to them. We are not responsible in any way for the implied warranty about the quality, integrity or accuracy of the content that belongs to the third party APPs. You may rely on the third party content posted on TAPCASHRUMMY solely at your own discretion, risk, and liability. When you visit such content, you will be subject to applicable terms and conditions. We hereby declare that we do not control and are not responsible for any content belonging to third-party APPs, as the hyperlinks given do not mean endorsement of the APPs or APP pages linked to by us.
G: Promotions
When you register with TAPCASHRUMMY, you will receive notifications regarding special offers, updates, contests, account activities, etc. through SMSes, emails and direct mails. Your Account must be KYC-approved to be eligible for any promotional offers such as bonuses and promotional prizes. If any aspect of your contact information or KYC (ID, Address, Email or Mobile) is not approved or verified, you shall not receive any promotional amounts or prizes.
All the details of all our promotions are available in the “Promotions” section on the APP. Each promotion has its own Terms and Conditions, which are clearly explained on the respective promotion pages. All the cash bonuses and deposit bonuses have additional terms and conditions, which may differ from offer to offer in accordance with the applicable bonus plans. Any Bonus offer may not be claimed in conjunction with any other bonus offers offered by TAPCASHRUMMY at the time. Once you activate the bonus code, any bonus codes and offers being utilized by you previously will become invalid and inactive automatically and you will stop receiving their benefits. You will only receive disbursements for the active bonus code.
All the games, contests, bonuses and cashback offers in the “Promotions” section may be discontinued or canceled without any prior notice. TAPCASHRUMMY is not responsible or liable for any such cancellations and will not pay the Users any compensation whatsoever except refunding the applicable entry fee. The decision of the TAPCASHRUMMY Management shall be final and binding in case of any disputes.

Referral program
1. TAPCASHRUMMY may offer referral programs (“Referral Program”) on the Platform to allow all its Users to receive certain rewards in the form of Tokens or cash (“Rewards”) for each player that they refer to play on the Platform
2. All active Users of the Platform are eligible to participate in the Referral Program except in cases where an Account has been suspended or has otherwise been disallowed by TAPCASHRUMMY from participation in the Referral Program.
3. Only ‘successful referrals’ will be counted and eligible to receive the Rewards. A successful referral is an event in which a new User will register on the Platform and complete the sign-up by clicking on the referral link of the referrer or by putting the referrer’s unique referral code.
4. Criteria to use the Rewards – The User will be able to use only a certain percentage of the cumulative Rewards (as permitted by TAPCASHRUMMY from time to time) reflecting in his/her Account to join any of the upcoming tournaments on the Platform.
5. Additional terms applicable to all Referral Programs
1. The nature and value of Rewards to be credited will be based on the Referral Program offered by TAPCASHRUMMY at any given point in time to an individual User.
2. Referral links will be generated from each User’s Account on the Platform.
3. Rewards and their types are subject to change at TAPCASHRUMMY’s discretion without notice.
4. Users found to have been committing fraud will be blocked from the TAPCASHRUMMY platform.
5. The reward amount/type is based on the applicable reward on the day a user’s referral signs up on the platform.
6. A user can refer up to 100 friends
7. TAPCASHRUMMY reserves the right to change rules and regulations without notice.
8. Please contact Customer Support in case of further queries. The nature and value of Rewards to be credited will be based on the Referral Program offered by TAPCASHRUMMY at any given point in time to an individual User.
6. Disqualification from Referral Programs
1. Users will not receive credit for referring themselves by creating multiple Accounts.
2. TAPCASHRUMMY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or disqualify an Account from the Referral Program or nullify the referral Rewards.
7. Taxes
The Users are responsible for paying any and all taxes or commissions related to the Rewards earned by them through the Referral Programs on the Platform. TAPCASHRUMMY reserves the right to withhold taxes as appropriate and as required under Applicable Laws.
